I'm posting this partially to bump you to the top.
In CA I have not had any issues getting them. I show the damage done and get a permit that same day. The longest delay has been getting a Game Warden out to inspect the damage. Good Luck DR

Thanks, I just mailed in my application. I'm probably to late for this year. I'm still trying to learn the draw tag and general season.
