I was super happy with this 5.11 Tactical "Operator" belt save for the branding across the buckle. Their name would be one thing, but the URL bothers me even more for some reason. Anyway, it appeared to be a cast stainless that would be super easy to mill so I utilized a ball end mill and deleted the URL. I think it looks pretty ok after bead blasting, but I didn't have a more aggressive media on hand to match the as-cast surfaces.

Who else likes to de-logo their gear? My other passion is cycling where everything has a brand name slapped on it, and it takes a bit more effort to not be a billboard. This on the other hand was a super brief milling project so I thought I would share.
