Quite a difference in price. The Shadow is a very nice target/competition gun... that you could carry if you really wanted to. The regular 75, or one of the carry variations, would be a much better carry gun.

The way I see it, do you want/need a competition gun that you probably won't carry, or a carry gun you can still have plenty of fun with at the range.

Saying all that... I'd personally get the Shadow, because I have more carry guns than I do target guns.
