Been day dreaming lately of a single action revolver of very nice quality in a big bore cartridge. Examples of something I might be looking for:
Freedom Arms
-Model 83 with 4 3/4" or 6" barrel chambered in .500 Wyoming Express, .50 AE, .454 Casull (maybe), .44 Mag (maybe), .41 Mag
-Model 97 4 1/2" or 5 1/2" chambered in .41 Mag
or maybe a converted Ruger Redhawk done by a known Gunsmith.
or...something custom/cool I may not know about. Not an expert on these things but handled a Freedom arms revolver a month ago and have been thinking about that gun ever since.
Not really too up on the single actions. Use to own one in .45LC and had to sell it a year ago 'cause of financial hardships and miss owning one. Let me know what you got.
