What's the procedure for a Washington or Nevada resident to own this gun? Same day transfer, long wait, or ??? I don't want to have to make two trips if at all possible.

Comes with one 20 round PMAG. Accepts any standard AR mags.

Thanks but WA laws are quite onerous regarding semi-autos, something to avoid. Nevada not so bad but we're up in WA at this time. That's why over-the-counter is preferred. With that in mind, what's the process and/or wait time? We're both CCW/CPL holders.

You cannot legally purchase a handgun(This is considered a pistol) in another state that you are not a resident. If you are a Washington resident all WA laws would still apply.
