Just a suggestion, the PF9 and the Shield are similar enough in size that you could probably reshape your Crossbreed to fit the Shield. I'm in the same predicament as you and this is my plan if I can ever find a Shield. I've reshaped them before just using a damp kitchen towel (as crowd control) and the wife's hair dryer. Hold the heat on the outside until the kydex starts to look glossy and then use a Popsicle stick to reshape. You can use the damp towel to protect areas you don't want to put the heat on.
