  1. I agree to the classified rules and terms of service

$32 again - at least for me. Ordered two at this price.

I already have one I bought a while ago for $50 from SMKW.

I haven't used it yet, it seems a bit heavy for skinning, although the shape seems good (I would prefer the spine to be straight instead of curved - more like a cleaver - but it is ok). I think worst case, these would be a good very sturdy barter knife, especially at this price.

Thanks.

Yeah, I imagine people using the typical bigger is better idea when looking for knives after SHTF. Whereas most really just need a paring knife for daily chores. Give them what they want though. lol

I have different sizes/shapes/blade thicknesses for different purposes.

I like the inexpensive SS Mora for those "paring knife" and small game processing uses. I like my Master Hunter and Fallkniven F1 for larger game processing.

But something like the CatchAll might be good for cracking/breaking pelvis bones or for chopping meat, that kind of thing - I don't know, but it seems like it would. Maybe for cutting thick meat too?

My folding knife - Gerber BG Survival - is what I have in a sheath on belt for EDC - except the few times I go into town, and then I have a smaller clip pocket knife that is a lot more inconspicuous and light weight.

I carry a pocket clip assisted open Kershaw that soneone gifted me. Before that was a Gerber Airframe and BG pocket clip folder.

I like Moras as utility knives I don't have to worry about. They can get wet and dirty and clean up nice.I have a couple of custom made knives from a knife maker I know. One is a Kephart style that he made special for me. I love it.

As far as pelvic bones, I like my folding pruning saw I got at Harbor Freight. Used on deer, so not so sure on larger animals.
