Crimson Trace LL-803, red laser, 150 lumens, attaches to trigger guard and has activation button on grip under trigger. Includes all packaging and tools. Even includes an extra CR2 battery. Also fits G43, G43X, G48. ($240 new)

I wrote "G42" on all of these in silver Sharpie because I have so many holsters.
The red laser can't quite be picked by the camera, but I assure you it is bright and plainly visible!
