Can they be modified for use on ambi-safety model pistols?

Sorry no there is a model for that use ...... More $$$

I had an ambi and it got brush to the off position more that once, said good bye to it!
I'm right handed anyway....

I have modified non ambi safety grips and would assume that you can with these. Make a template from paper depicting the grove cut out of the right side grip and transfer to the left side. I use a dremel with the router attachment and start by shaving a small amount off, then test fit. If not deep enough, repeat the steps adding a little more depth until the safety moves freely.
