Just an FYI if you do not have AC or know someone who doesn't, especially older or heavier people.

Take care of yourselve's and drink lots of water;).

And don't forget the little people.

Dogs and cats get hot too. Especially the old and fat. :D

Very true!

A block (not bag or crushed) of ice in a big bowl with a fan blowing over it will help spot cool suprizingly well.

When my daughter was a baby we didn't have AC and during a heat wave filled a medium sized cooler with blocks of ice and pointed a fan over it and huddled on the couch it was pointed at.

I shaved my dog yesterday so he is actually wearing a hoody so he doesn't get too cold lol.

We kept the AC's going all last night and it was 65 this morning and 72 now so it's not bad.

The short drive from work to home was hot, the AC was just cooling things off by the time I got home. (Way better then the previous 50 min drive I was doing though:D).

People in the NW crack me up. Just about every major population center in the US suffers far greater temps on a more consistent basis. I was in Phoenix the other day and people were wearing jeans and hooded sweatshirts.
