I thought the space program was really cool as a kid and young adult, However what have we gained from it?
Nasa soent an est $526 billion from 1958-2011 on the space program and all we have a nice F U to the Russians for beating them.

I see it as another wasted govt program like why mice get depression, or some of the crazy and assinine these they get money for.
