Seems like a good price. Can add a sylvan arms folder for $130ish on sale and have a very compact truck gun for pretty low $. I guess they are calling that a brace on it.

I believe buying an AR pistol is a smart thing to do.
You can change the barrels at will and will never get into trouble like you can with an AR "rifle" and short barrels.

When the 4473 form lists a pistol, then there's no further discussion for the ATF when you choose to make changes.
