Complete ar .410 upper assembly with 250 rounds

I've got a NIB Turkish made complete ar .410 upper receiver assembly. 19 inch barrel, with 10 inch quadrail handgaurd. Bolt carrier group and charging handle included with 1 10 round mag and buffer. Gas piston operated. Will fit on any milspec ar15 lower receiver with no additional fitting. can also be turned into a "firearm" by following the proper guidelines. Below I have included pictures for example. I have not test fired due to recently acquiring the ammo. Still has the factory oil on it. included in the deal is 250 rounds of 2.5 inch 1/2 Oz 7 1/2 shot of winchester AA. Both are lucky finds. Not easy to come by. Selling as a package deal. $800 not interested in parting or shipping. Local ftf only. Pretty much available to meet up any time.

Hello,
Would you happen to know the brand on the upper? I used to have a .410 upper and the winchester 2.5" would not cycle (a tad too long)... have you heard anything like that about this upper?

I dont rember the exact brand or maker. I'm there's no branding marks on it. It is made to take 3 inch rounds. So the 2 1/2 should run just fine once it's actually broken in.

And all of the .410 uppers are pretty much the same other than some have a barrel shroud and some just have an a2 flash hider. From my understanding they are all made in turkey like this one. And are all gas piston opperated.
