Colt 556 Upper, Anderson Lower

I'm wondering. I have a 556 Colt upper, Anderson lower and the rest good parts. All the components were a purchase from Oregon Rifle. Then I had Tim Copeland assemble it, file, buff, polish, etc. and totally check it out. He said the police trade in upper had a max of 100 rounds through it. I have never shot it. Here is what I'm wondering, figure in ffl to ffl shipping (I moved to OK) and other costs, what would it be worth to you? I have about 900 in it. Make me a cash offer with or without optic.
