If I'm not mistaken, they have several versions and materials vary.

I got one about 5 years ago (I believe it's been discontinued for several years now) made with CPM-3V.

Yes, for their more popular knives they often have different versions made with different steels

I've never owned this brand but thought I'd try it given the price. Supposed to arrive Sunday. Will post my impression after it arrives.

I have several of these. I got one at a gun show decades ago, that was a blem. I still have it, but like I said I don't care for the blade shape.
