This Cobray functions great. There are a couple scratches but nothing serious. It comes with 4 stick magazines, a smaller polymer one, and a soft sided case. Surprisingly smooth shooting and a lot of fun.
For clarification this is the closed bolt semi auto. Not a class 3 item.

Edit: Sorry I misread your message in a rush. My understanding is the prefix 84 would make that the manufacture year
