Quite the combination, looks like imbel receiver made for century probably metric, metric lower, inch tall rear site, inch barrel cut down with painted is Israeli hand guards, oh and a g1 cocking handle.

STG58 lower assy with a tall rear sight for the Izzy tall front sight.
