    Just remember, lead only. Steel eats up chokes like theres no tomorrow.

    Okay this is a total newb thing to ask but i use Winchester AA Super sport. No where on the box does it say if its steel or lead. Im gonna guess its steel though.

    I'm not sure, but i think they are. You could always cut one up to check :D

    and the procedure for that operation would be? sit with the shell facing away from me and cut it open hoping it doesn't go off? haha

    Nah, shotgun shells are pretty safe if your only opening the top. Check out a photo or drawing of a shell cut open. Its a little bit more than BBs and powder.

    just did a little more research and the shot i use is lead.
