Chiappa dedicated .22 upper

I want to know what anyone of you might think about the Chiappa .22 ar upper. I am think about purchasing one so that my wife will shoot with me. Any concerns or dislikes?
The only problem I have is money and I really don't want to spend a lot on her first gun.

works fine for me. I have one of those and a higher end upper and see no difference in performance. If you were a little closer you could try mine out but I wouldnt hesitate to buy one. I bought mine here....... <broken link removed>
