Cheap Rifle Powder Will Pay Up To $15 Per Pound.

I am very close to placing an order for some surplus powder at GI Brass. The two powders I am looking at run about $8 to $10 a pound before shipping and hazmat. I wanted check here first to see if anybody has some surplus or older canister grade powders they wanted to part with. I will pay up to $15 per pound. PM me with any sale offers. Please include price you are asking, a photo of the containers a description of the powder with lot #s.
