If these are as well built as Fox Trot Mike's 9mm uppers this is a great deal. Throw in a charging handle and on-sale bcg you can have a decent upper for less than $250. Probably only on sale for a few days. FM is a Northwest company, based in Idaho, so you can keep your dollars in your regional economy (instead of, for example, a cheap AR manufacturing company in the Palmetto State.)

PA is a great online seller with excellent customer service. This past summer Fed Ex lost an order from them, and they replaced it without hesitation once it was clear the package was not arriving.
