Cav Arms Stripped lower plus 12 AR mags for 1911

I have a Cav Arms stripped AR lower in OD green, new, and 12 new in packaging C-products AR 30 round mags I want to trade for a 1911. The lower is made from a glass filled polymer and is very light, looks like this http://www.cavalryarms.com/OEMCAV-15.html . Looking for a 1911, like a Rock Island Armory, or a beat up Glock 17. Also looking for a .22lr handgun with a threaded barrel. Cash price for package is $325, don't want to split up. FTF in Portland, bill of sale/trade for the lower.
