Can a WA resident sell mags out if state?

I have some HK P30/VP9 17 round mags and no gun. I've never even taken them out of the packaging. I also have a Springfield Hellcat I'm thinking of getting rid of with a pile of mags.

I can't seem to get a straight answer on whether I can sell them out of state or not.

Anyone know or have any suggestions?

I'm no lawyer. But I'm pretty sure you can sell out of state, I know gun shops do. I know what I would do, but not going to advertise that on the web.

Yes, the only thing that would prevent it is if the State of Washington says cannot "export" magazines but as far as I can tell, it's only the "import" of standard magazines that's planned to be banned alongside possession of standard magazines.
