That is a double barreled derringer made from a Kit, the original items were done by the fellow who designed the MAC 9/10, etc.

The companies named is his last name spelled Backwards, but my tired brain can not function more.

You can still find (know where to look) the same "Kits" today, including up to 45/410 derringer and a derringer/long Gun in 22LR.

THE ONLY real issue is drilling the hole for the firing pin, most everything else is kept ~Dummy Stupid~ . . . A bit of filing to shape, etc.
