Got this a few years ago to use a Holosun K footprint on my Shield Plus. The shield plus has (4) recoil lugs so this adapter was needed to use a Holosun K with only the front (2) recoil lugs. Ive since had the rear (2) lugs machined off and don't need this plate anymore.
