What year was it manufactured? What caliber rifle was it on? Are you the original owner? Let me know thanks for your time

It was on a .308, fired about 60 rounds with it. I am not the original owner, it was bought from another NW firearms member who was. I do not know the exact year, will have to check if I can find that when I am home.
