Used. Ring marks you can see in the pic of the bottom of the scope. This scope originally came with the tactical turrets. It was sent back to Burris to have the capped turrets installed.
Storm coat, sunshield, box, paperwork... I like the scope a lot, I just want more mag.

It is an illuminated reticle. It is just the scope. No rings or mount.
