In excellent condition with original military grip and black plastic target grip, two original 8rd magazines included.
I've put 100rds of Fiocchi target 9x18mm through it with zero failures, and with either the target or original grips it is very comfortable to shoot or to CCW.
If you are interested, I also have a Blade Tech Ultimate Concealment Holster for the makarov I'll throw in for another 40$. It's nearly brand new, only carried with it for about five hours total.
