How was the taste test conducted?

Shot poured over single large ice cube?

Double in whiskey glass with 5 or less ice cubes?

Neat?
Neat.
Was just McKenna 10, Redbreast Cask 12, and Woodford. Water in between tastes.
McKenna gets good ratings, but I think it's really dependent on which batch you get. The batch I bought tastes like scheisse.

You don't seriously ruin a perfectly good bourbon with ice... do you?!?

(I'll never understand kids these days... :D )

Amazing what you can learn reading a random thread.

Hey if any of you super knowledgeable want to add to your collections I did get several bottles from two local breweries around here. I was using up some gift cards. I do keep some spirits for emergency usage but can't really drink it due to medications.

How does one go about divesting oneself of some of these bottles without running afoul of the liquor licensing requirements for Washington?
(Hint: feel free to message me if interested! I do have a bunch I would be willing to move on at below retail prices. also more than happy to trade as well)
