Nice! That Woodinville is "Brett's Pick" I had to wait in line at the distillery for that since they only released 150 bottles total.Woodinville Straight is one of my favorites.
Montana is covered with micro distilleries making outstanding whiskeys bourbons.
I used to help Brett & Orlin bottle when they first got started. Ended up meeting Dave Pickerell on one occasion when he was there who encyclopediaed my bubblegum about distilling!Nice! True bourbon is made in Bourbon Kentucky. True Scotch is made in Scotland. True Brandy is Britain. All others are whiskey.Thought I heard somewhere that true bourbon could only be made in Kentucky. Anybody else ever hear anything along those lines?

You could always buy something really nice... and... give him the last half of the bottle.I need to buy my hay guy a good bottle. Need that 100$ to 150$ price range, any good recommendations? I always buy 4roses

Or just the empty bottle and let him know i was thinking of all the hard work he put in while I was drinking it! I wouldn't mind spending a couple hundred dollars or more on him. Just don't know what to buy. He put up about 3000 tons of hay this summer for meYou could always buy something really nice... and... give him the last half of the bottle.![]()
How was the taste test conducted? The fam had a taste test just the other day (not blind). Woodford Reserve Single Malt was two peoples favorite, and Redbreast 12 Cask Strength was the choice of the other three.
