I'm looking to sell my Bootleg factory assembled upper. This has never been fired, factory new condition.
Purchased new a while back for a future project, but priorities have changed.
It is a 14.5 " barrel with a P&W PWS flash hider for 16.1" legal length requirements.
Bootleg 13.5" Mlok rail.
.223 Wylde 1/8 twist mid-length gas barrel. Gas block is set-screw design, not pinned.
No BCG nor charging handle included.
I purchased it that way just from RA, that is how it comes as indicated below.

I would like $450 OBO cash, USPS, or PP. I can meet around the southern Puget Sound area, but would like to keep travel to a minimum as driving is still a Hillary Clinton for me after having ankle surgery.
Shipping may be an available option.
