Book: #2 The value here is the illustrations! There must be 60 or 70. Many show weapons during actual battles. The World's Greatest War, Its Inception & Progress, Beautifully Illustrated. 454 pages, we do not know the copyright because unfortunately, after the opening illustrations, the next 30 pages are missing. This is fragile old book. The color and black and white photos and drawings are incredible although some are disturbingly graffic. It covers most of the historical aspects of the war and has a special section at the back of the book on the sinking of the Lusitania. The interior pages are still in very good shape considering age. The pages are still limber. Please e-mail us with questions before you bid. We can take more photos if needed.
