I have one. I like the capacity and accuracy. The 380acp cartridge should not be maligned. Use hard cast flat points or Honey Badger ammo and the 380 penetrates and creates a wound cavity similar to a 9x19.
The grips are a bit fat for my smaller hands and the gun needed the sharper edges buffed smooth.
It's not perfect, but Imho the best high capacity compact 380 available.
