Does this gun have a hammer that you can pull back? Any interest in a Glock 19 trade?

It has an exposed hammer, but it's best described as a short, double-action.

As to a G19 trade? What are the particulars? I mean, what generation, number of magazines, and that sort of thing. If I like it (and I probably will, since I'm armorer-trained on the Glock), I'll be more than happy to give it a good home.
