I picked this up from a fellow forum member earlier this year ( who was selling to fund a recent SIGness!). Previous owner had installed new night sights (approx. 1 yr. old), Talon grip tape and Langdon Tactical reduced power hammer spring. Pistol was also converted to "G" decock only. Since i am not the original owner, i cannot verify round count. If this is a concern, i would suggest reviewing Ernest Langdon's report of his 50 THOUSAND round test of his personal PX4. I have launched around 200 rounds with zero issues. Included are FOUR 17 round magazines and a Kydex OWB holster. Pistol does exhibit minor scuffing on the slide near the muzzle from holstering but overall it remains in very nice condition.
