The transfer of ownership will probably be here in Oregon. I'm not sure how that will work with someone from Washington.
I know that a friend of mine is from CA and was wanting it and ran into an issue with CA laws.

California has specific rules with a pistol roster and I don't think the storm is on the roster so it's a no go. Washington doesn't have a roster so it would be good to go. I can walk you through the process as well I've done a few out of stage transfers before

Yes it is.

I usually use Adaptaive Firing Solutions to do the transfer. Their in Oregon City (916 Main St. Ste. #2, Oregon City, OR 97045), and I believe they charge $20.
Their number is 971-217-6811.

Yes, that is the Mfg. #.
At one time, I had 14 boxes in my shop, sitting there empty.
I just don't keep the plastic boxes any more.
And yes, I have the removable back grips and the fastening pin.
