Purchased the gun new and it has had about 100 rounds through it. It includes a factory +2 extension which has been banned from import by ATF since 2006. If you're able to find one they are very expensive. It also includes the original magazine cap, spring, box, and manuals. The gun has been a great and I've been very happy with it.
