I have about 200 rounds through this upper. It runs great and I have had zero failures. I will include the Vortex Spitfire AR Prism Scope and a BCG but not the charging handle. The screws for the Vortex are stripped so you basically get a $270-$300 prism for free

Chambered in 5.56 NATO
