4'x10' sheets of level 3A steel rated to stop all rounds up to and including a 44 magnum.
It is only 2.5mm thick and made by in Sweden by the same manufacturer (SSAB) that provides armoring for the M1 Abrams and most of the other armored platforms for the US military. AR500 can't come close to this given the thickness.
I imported this for a project and am selling my remaining stock of 17 sheets at my cost of $15/sf. Weighs 4 lbs/sf.
May be able to cut the steel with my cnc laser for an added cost.
