Backpacking Tillamook area

Can anyone recommend an area close to Tillamook to take some newbs backpacking. Preferably, the trail has water access whether that be a lake, river or stream. Not too strenuous as it's their first time. Thanks!

Salmonberry River hike is pretty enjoyable and not too tough. Easiest access point is from the Nehelum.
