APC9 Pro is SBR'd on a trust. Can add you to the trust while we file a form 4 to get them into your name but you would be in possession the whole time. (If you live in OR)

It has few hundred rounds through them, very clean and perfect performance. I hate to even offer this for sale but I need the money more than the gun.

You can add non family members to a trust in Oregon? I was under the impression that you couldn't. And don't you have to transfer said NFA items to a SOT and transfer via them for the necessary background check between private sales?

No exclusions on who can be added to a trust as long as you're able to legally possess said trust items.

In state private transfers are done without the use of an ffl. A form 4 is filed from person/trust to person/trust. Out of state transfers require transfer to an ffl via form 4, ffl to ffl transfer via form 3 then transferred from that ffl to the individual.
