I'd be surprised to find anything gun related in that area. I went to Astoria for the first time in close to 30 years and let's say I was disappointed. I could clearly tell that when a Townie from Potland says, "let's go to the beach" this is where they go. I looked for a gun shop as I stayed there overnight and didn't see anything that stood out. I however did see rainbow flags in every business window like it was a city ordinance or something. As far as reloading components in your area, I hate to say it but online might just be your friend.
