I'm a total noob to anything crossbow related, so my apologies ahead of time.

I recently purchased a Jaguar CR-013A2 (http://www.amazon.com/Jaguar-CR-013A2-175-Pounds-Crossbow/dp/B0031SG61U) made by Poe Lang out of Taiwan. From what I have read and reviewed, I need arrows that are roughly between 370-380 grains.

What I need are any suggestions, recommendations on brands, do's/don'ts. I've read that carbon is the way to go but like I said, I'm a noob. Help me out, I gotta start somewhere.
