Transfer fees on buyer. Preferably at Lucky Sporting Goods in Banks ($20). However Jeremy has changed his hours so if unable to perform transfer at his place A Cut Above Pawn in Aloha is my second choice ($25).
In the case you go pending and the transfer can not happen same day. 1/2 in cash up front, second 1/2 at finished transfer. FFLs aren't holding firearms lately due to shear amount of back log, so it sounds like owner keeps gun and must return as does buyer to complete sale/transfer. Having a CHL speeds things up.
Thanks for looking!
