I have an AR trigger assembly that came out of mine after swapping in a Rock River national match. This is the trigger, hammer, and pins that came with a Rock River basic lower receiver kit. About 500 rds fired on the parts.

$25 or trade for equal value of .223, 9mm, .45 ammo
