I need a combo magazine holder on the gear belt for 3 gun, and a friend showed me an AR+Glock mag holster he had. I already have a dual glock mag holder. Ideally adding 1 or 2 glock mags plus the single AR mag would be nice and set me up for both 3 gun and practical pistol.

I'm looking around to see what others have done to save belt space and easy drawing of mags.

This is what I saw (I like the side direction the pistol mags sit):

Cheap wise, saw this too:

Not a fan of high prices. However, since I think I only need one maybe it's a buy once cry once situation.

I suppose I also need to look at shotgun shell holders?, Thoughts?

I can't speak to belt but blue force ten speed you can put any size mags you want in them (not .308 unless buying .308 ten speed version). I use bandolier type with 6 pouches but they probably have 10 speed Velcro/molle/? Versions also. Holds anything including tourniquets lights mags night vision monocular whatever.

Just tossing this out there, but there are a few different companies that make pants with pockets designed for pistol and AR mags. I've tried a few out and some kinda suck, but I really like the LAPG Terrain series - price isn't bad, quality is decent, comfortable to wear. It might save you from having to add more stuff onto your belt.

I run a local belt company called snake eater tactical, and G-Code OSH drop leg holsters with RTI setup and their scorpion magazine holders. I'm a big fan
