I currently have an AR-15 package and I want to turn it into an M1A Scout Squad.

AR Specs

Upper Receiver RRA TASC A2
Wilson Arms medium heavy stainless threaded barrel 1:8 twist
RRA Meduim length handguards
Pictinny rail with tac-light and pressure switch
A2 flash supressor and bayo-lug
Tactical charging handle

Lower Receiver Oly Arms w/ DPMS parts kit
RRA 2 stage trigger
RRA 6 pos telescoping stock
Hogue rubber grip

NC Star 4-12 scope w/ carry handle mount
3pt tactical sling
7 30rnd USGI mags
1 5rnd hunting mag
Soft tactical carbine case
1000 rds 5.56 ammo

All together less than 1000 rds through this rifle.

I'd like to get $1250 for the entire package. I have no desire to sell any of these items "piece-meal."

Would trade all of the above, (perhaps with additional cash) for an M1A Scout Squad.

Will only transfer through FFL with buyer background check.

Upper Receiver RRA TASC A2

Is the carrying handle fixed or removable?

The A1 and A2 receivers have fixed carry handles with the rear sights built into the handle. The A1 sights require the use of a tool, or the tip of a bullet in the field to adjust them. The A2 sights were upgraded to be finger-adjustable and have increments marked on them. The A3 receiver, commonly called a "flat top" receiver, does not have a carry handle, rather it has a Picatinny rail built into the top of it. This model is designed for easier optics mounting. A detachable carry handle is available for mounting on the receiver.
