I have a no name hand rail that came on an upper that I purchased from another member here a while ago.
I just wanted the barrel that he had but went ahead and bought the whole upper.
It is 15" long and 1-3/8" ID.
I can find no marking of any kind on it.
It does have the slotted barrel nut and the retainer that keeps it from sliding forward once installed and that's about all I know.
I guess $40??
