I have complete Stag AR-15 lower receiver with an Ace Skeleton stock ARFX. Not a mark on this unit.

Stag makes parts for Colt, so most of the internals on this lower are in fact the same parts as in a Colt AR.
All you need to do is buy an upper of your choice and your good to go.

I don't have pix, but here are the sites for both the receiver and stock.

Cash $285, to replace them would be over $300 with shipping and FFL costs. At this time I don't want to separate the two.
