AR-15 for 1911

I have a clean and simple AR-15 I would like to trade for a 1911.
Is is a SGW Lower (I think same for upper).
It is a 10 1/2" threaded barrel with a 5 1/2" Flash Hider for 16" OAL.
Included but not shown is a soft side case, a BEC Goldlabel 3-9x42 BDC lighted reticle scope with all mounts for handle, four 30 round magazines and a sling.

I am looking for a 4"-5" long barrel 1911 in 45ACP.

I do not have a selling price in mind as this is a WTT.

SGW lowers are very valuable to ban states.

Is it in bad form to suggest to swap out the lower for a modern one and well the SGW to one of our brothers in a ban state?

Just an idea, I feel sorry for the chaps in NY, CA, NJ, etc.........
